User research

When products are struggling with what to do next, I apply the tools to help stakeholders considering all the relevant factors and define the best strategy.

Product strategy

Involving stakeholders in the product definition is essential. I organize, run and facilitate workshops whose goal is to make stakeholders finding opportunities and generating solutions.

Design thinking workshops

For who wants to learn Design Thinking methodology and is curious about Service Design practices, I give an overview of the current state and I run ad hoc workshops.

I also present ongoing projects to our team during internal meetings and events.

Bliss Talks, Design Roasts and Dev Sessions are the events I organize at Bliss. Plus, I take care of a two-monthly newsletter with news and updates about the team and our industries.

ESCS is part of Instituto Politecnico de Lisboa, and it focuses on communication applied to Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Audiovisual, and Multimedia.
I teach Multimedia Communication and Interface Design to students attending the first year of the Master in Comunicação Audiovisual e Multimedia.
